I have been creating my billboard. I have created two drafts for my billboard both using Photoshop however they both still need some minor improvements. I also plan on havibg a class vote as to which billboard I choose to use in my final piece as this will be a good way to find out which would appeal more to my target audience.

Blogger Phone App

I decided to download the Blogger app for my iPhone as this would allow me to add posts whenever I feel the inspiration to. This will also make blogging more convenient for me as I can blog whenever I feel the need to.

Photoshoot Inspiration • Make Up

KYLIE JENNER

After doing various research for my images I have found inspiration for the make up my model will use. The teen celeb Kylie Jenner has a chic flawless finished look using tones of nude, creams and browns. All of these colours I believe would fit with my autumn theme. This look and use of make up helps her facial features stand out and create a dramatic effect of bringing the viewer to look at her eyes. This would be ideal as a method to use in my magazine as by drawing the reader to the models eyes will create a connection and allow them to feel more engaged with the article and magazine.

     With this specific chosen celebrity also shows that this style will suit my model also as they are all within a similar age. Kylie Jenner is 17, so are the majority of the models I am going to use, this proves that this make up will help fit with a fresh and flawless look on my magazine. Helping it consist of looking professional but also young and modern. Therefore considering all of this I believe this would match my autumn theme and appeal to my target audience, therefore would be a good look to incorporate into my magazine and leaving the audience with the connotations of glamour and luxury.

I use the website / app Pinterest as it allows me to receive a lot of inspiration from previous work people and companies have created. It has assisted me in decided in on a theme and style for my magazine and to see what I believe will work and what would create a successful fashion magazine.

I sectioned off the images I pinned into groups of; Inspirations, Make Up, Poses, Hair, Locations and Billboards. As this allows me to keep the images organised in a way I will be able to find them easier.
